Guidelines for the sites we visit while on tour serve a dual purpose, they make processing a large group quicker and keep us all safer. Download the registration form and complete all required information. Read carefully the CANCELLATION and RESPONSIBILITY sections. Sign and return to TRAVEL AMERICA with your deposit. Every passenger MUST submit a registration form.
ROOMING LIST
TEACHERS
Download the rooming list form and complete it in the following manner. Enter your school name and date of arriving to hotel & departure date where indicated. Each line reads from left to right with each passenger in that room occupying one space (cell). Quad will have four names (cells) on the one line, triple=3, double=2.
Please place your teachers, staff and parents throughout the list of rooms as the hotel will assign rooms in order on the list. Column "A" is for the room # at the hotel. Column "B" is the number of rooms you have.
